Refund policy

Before returning a product please advise us first and let us know the reason.

• If you have placed an order for the wrong product and wish to return it you must do so within 14 days.
• Orders for the wrong product will require you to pay the return freight.
• Any products that have been opened, used, or damaged will only be refunded at our discretion.
  
• Any refunds of a product purchased by a customer will not include freight charged at order point.
• Any goods that go missing during the shipping process will be subject to a refund or replacement pending confirmation by our couriers.
