Powerful, non-DG, alkaline cleaner and quaternary (QAC) sanitiser. It removes food soiling, oil, grease and fat.
Suitable for cleaning and sanitising food process and food service items and surfaces including: commercial cooking / baking equipment, floors, walls, and benches.
Dilute 1:100-1:50 for light soiling and spray and wipe applications. Dilute 1:20 for medium soil levels and 1:10 - 1:2 for heavy cleaning and degreasing. Rinse with potable water before use.
